For the purposes of dispute settlement under this Agreement,subject to the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 nothing in this Agreement shall be used to address the issue of the exhaustion of intellectual property rights.

• 在符合上述第三条至第四条的前提下，在依照本协议而进行的争端解决中，不得借本协议的任何条款，去涉及知识产权权利穷竭问题。
