For the first time we have analyzed the anticancer effects of BTW in apoptosis by AFM, optical microscope, fluorescence microscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy and FCM, which provides evidences for mechanism of BTW in anticancer.

• 本文应用原子力显微镜，并结合普通光镜、荧光显微镜、紫外-可见光谱、流式细胞术，研究了BTW对肠癌细胞LOVO的抑制作用，为完善BTW诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机理提供进一步的实验证据。
