For prevention of the acute rejection and reversal of the ongoing acute rejection, subtherapeutic doses of MMF and PAPA significantly prolonged cardiac allograft survival as compared with control group. Both drugs had a synergism interaction.

• 单用MMF和单用RAPA组与对照组比较均显著延长移植心脏存活时间 ,MMF与RAPA合用组与对照组比较非常显著地延长移植心脏存活时间 ,并且心脏存活时间明显长于同剂量两药的单用组。
