Firstly, the HAP was isolated by the adsorption characteristics of silica gel, and purified by Gel filtration column (Sephadex G-75) secondly, removing the protein fragment of 10-25kDa.

• 本研究首先利用硅胶对混浊蛋白的吸附特性而初步分离出HAP，再通过凝胶过滤（Sephadex G-75）柱纯化，去除10-25kDa的少量连续蛋白片段，经SDS-PAGE电泳纯度鉴定，最终获得纯度较高的HAP（MW约40kDa）。
