FCM analysis showed that G_0/G_1 phase rate increased, S phase rate decreased after HCT116 cells were exposed to CAPE (2.5, 5 and 10 mg/L) for 24 h, which were in a concentration-dependent manner.

• 2 5、5 0、10mg LCAPE处理HCT116细胞2 4h后,G0 G1 期细胞百分率上升,S期细胞百分率下降,呈剂量依赖性。
