E_(2) or P slowed down the maximal rate of rise of phase 0 (Vmax)of AP, decreased the action potential amplitude(APA), prolonged APduration(APD9o and APD) and ERP ,decreased the maximal isometrictension.

• (1)E_2与P单独作用可使动作电位时程(APD(90)、APD)延长，APD_(20)缩短，心肌收缩力降低，APA、Vmax降低，ERP延长。 (2)不同浓度E_2与P联合应用，P可加强E_2的效应，这种作用可能呈现浓度依赖性，其具体作用机制如何，有待进一步研究。
