DSS could significantly prolong the latency of mice in the step through test, markedly increase Ca 2+ ATPase activity, protein content,brain index and spleen index, and remarkably decrease NO content.

• DSS可明显延长脑缺血再灌注损伤模型小鼠避暗潜伏期 ,明显抑制模型小鼠脑内 Ca- ATP酶活性、脑指数及蛋白质含量的降低 ,明显降低脑内升高的 NO含量 ,对脑缺血再灌所致小鼠脾脏萎缩有显著恢复作用。
