DCC and UNC5H1 are coreceptors for Netrin-4. However, because the binding affinity of Netrin-4 with its receptor was lower than that of Netrin-1, it could be inferred that there should exist unique receptor(s) for Netrin-4 other than DCC and UNC5H1.
