Conclusion XeCT could provide qualitative and quantitative changes of CBF in patients with bilateral ICA/MCA high-grade steno sis or occlusion and thereby it was helpful for the diagnosis and therapy.

• 2例行乙酰唑胺负荷试验患者，负荷后CBF降低较负荷前明显。结论氨CT检查能够显示颈内／大脑中动脉慢性重度狭窄或闭塞脑血流情况，有利于临床的诊断和治疗。
