Chromosomal banding analysis revealed that thekaryotype of the patient was 46,XX,t (5;13)(p15;q21.1) del (13) (q14.1 q21.1),which againdemonstrated that Rb and EsD loci were located onthe chromosome 13q14 and closely linked to eachother.
