Both of liver vein and inferior venae cava obstruction were found 11 cases.All cases were diagnosed by venography of MRA,nuclide scanning and operation.

• 结果肝静脉阻塞5例，肝段下腔静脉阻塞17例，二者同时病变11例，全部经血管造影或MRA、核素扫描及手术确诊。
