Blood samples were collected and cTn-I,CK-MB concentration were measured in the time of pre-CPB,the moment of CPB finished,one-day,two days and three days post-CPB respectively.

• 各组病例在CPB前,CPB后即刻,术后1、2、3d 5个时点定量测定血清中的cTn-I、CK-MB浓度,比较各组同一时点cTn-I、CK-MB浓度的差异。
