Basing response surface confirmed that when the concentration of glutaradehyde was 2.5%,PBS pH was 7.4,the concentration of BSA was 0.5%,the time of immunoreaction was 40 min,the Signal-to-Noise got to biggest,and the result was closed to prediction.
