Basing on cross design, the production function of Holstein milk production was founded as follows: y=3.614+2.097*Z-1+0.7574*Z-2 -0.03024* Z-1*Z-2+0.044*Z+2-1-0.000574*Z+2-2, by which the economic benefits of Holstein farm could be estimated.
