At first, the PTC powder wasprepared by citrate sol-gel method, then the PTC ceramics was prepared on this base,during these procedures the PTC powder and ceramics were studied overall by means ofXRD , SEM , TEM , EDS ,etc.

• 首先采用柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法制备性能优良的PTC 粉体,然后以此为基础制备PTC 陶瓷。 利用XRD、SEM、TEM、EDS 等分析测试手段,对PTC粉体和PTC 陶瓷进行了较为全面的研究。
