Among 45 patients who underwent interventional treatment, 5 (11%) suffered from severe cholangitis, and 4 (4/5) suffered from septicemia, of the 5 cases, 2 underwent PBD only, and 3 underwent combined BSE with PBD.

• 45例经皮胆管引流和支架置入术者5例发生严重胆道感染，其中4例败血症，占总例数的11%25。 5例中2例为单纯胆管引流，3例为胆管支架加引流者。
