All primary lesions could be accurate diagnosis by CT and F - FDG/DHC. The number of lymph node metastases were detected by CT or 18F - FDG/DHC was 90 and 125 respectively.

• 原发灶明确的49例患者CT及18F-FDG/DHC都可以明确诊断,发现淋巴结转移数CT为90个,而1 8F-FDG/DHC为125个。
