Agent shall sell and deliver to Company, upon demand, all such products as Company shall opt to repurchase when payment therefore is tendered to Agent, and upon proof of clear title thereto by Agent.

• 如果代理商持有产品清洁证据（未做销售或处理），所有代理商付款买进的产品，公司应该考虑回购，如果需要，代理商也应予以回售并回运给公司！
