Adopter shall promptly furnish licensor with a copy of an official tax receipt or other appropriate evidence of any taxes imposed on payment made under this agreement,including taxes on any additional amounts paid.

• 采用者需及时向许可者提供正式的税票的复印件或者其它于该协议下缴纳的任何税的适当证明，包括支付的任何额外的税。
