Abstract Planning and scheduling of earth observing satellites remains to be a NP-hard problem.The paper gives a MIP model and uses the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm to solve the model.

• 摘要 研究了多星多观测任务的规划调度问题，建立了多星任务规划调度的混合整数规划模型，并对模型的求解展开研究，提出运用拉格朗日松弛算法来求解。
