A total of 960 consecutive individuals with ACS, who presented to the Cardiac Center of the National Guard Hospital, Saudi Arabia, were enrolled between Jan.1 to Dec.31,2001. Eligible criteria as following:(1) Nationality of Saudi Arabia;
