A RP-HPLC analysis method was established for the determination of (-)maackiain in Jin-Que-Gen from different sources and the spectrum of nine isoflavones in Jin-Que-Gen.

• 本课题建立了金雀根中高丽槐素含量测定的反相高效液相色谱分析方法，对6个不同产地的金雀根中高丽槐素的含量进行测定，同时给出金雀根中9种异黄酮类化合物在相同色谱条件下的分析图谱。
