城周土丘连绵，岗峦起伏，每二三个或三四个为一组，与城遥相呼应，这是当年楚军的营垒，俗称“古堆”。

• Outside the fort are again, in all directions, earth mounds, grouped in twos or threes and in visual contact with the fort. These were once the observation posts of the Chu army and today people call them Gu'Dui or Ancient Mounds.
